Order policy: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. our original & return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new/unused condition unless the product received was damaged/defective or materially different from the order description. In all other cases the original and return shipping charges are also borne by buyer. A restocking fee of 25% may also be applicable. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days. Once we provide the RMA number you must return the item along with the RMA number within 3 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels.
