Members of the Pocono PhotoClub submitted many pictures representing the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and featured in this calendar are the three winners and nine honorable mentions. These pictures represent the activities within the park, scenic vistas and views, as well as the surprises that nature offers. These photos represent the winners of their second annual photo contest.

The mission of the Friends of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, an independent, non-profit, volunteer organization, is to support the cultural, historical, natural and recreational resources of this national park which surrounds the Delaware River from the Delaware Water Gap to the New York State border. We accomplish this by: Raising funds for the Park’s education and stewardship programs for which park funds are not available; Increasing awareness of our national park and the Delaware River; Providing community connection, expertise, advocacy and inspiration in the park.
