Carefully and lovingly crafted by hand at the Nicholson File Artist Studios in Providence, RI (and sometimes at my home studio in Hebron, CT). I meticulously draw each pattern into the surface of the clay using an Xacto knife and inlay a colorant into the design before wiping it away.
This piece is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Though it is dishwasher safe (and I use the dishwasher for the pots I keep), hand washing your new handmade pottery is always the best way to prolong the life of the piece, as some detergents can be extremely harsh. If you use the dishwasher, I recommend a natural and gentle detergent to help prolong the life of your pot.
